Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) thirteen (13)
years of age or older. Must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical
skill testing question to be declared a winner. Approximate retail
value of each of the two (2) Prizes is One Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,500.00) Cdn. The odds of being name a Finalist will depend
on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and
conformity with judging criteria. All criteria (creativity, originality
and subject and adherence to applicable standards regarding broadcast
material) will be weighed equally. Voting will take place between 12:00
noon ET on September 2, 2008 until 12:00 noon ET on Monday, September
